Firnee / Firni. This Afghan pudding is usualy eaten after dinner.
- Let 1litre milk boil in a pan
- Now add and mix 2tbs cornflour with it
- Add 200g sugar and cardamom in it.
- Mix and wait until the milkmix hardens a bit.
- Cast it in a bowl.
- Put some pistachios on it and your done!
